Wegen zu geringer Vorverkaufszahlen hat sich der Veranstalter des Shadowplay Festivals dazu entschlossen, dass Event 2012 abzusagen. Die gekauften Tickets können natürlich zurück gegeben werden.

"A BLACK DAY FOR THE MUSIC LOVER!

Due to the disappointing presales, we are forced to cancel the SHADOW PLAY Festival 2012 completely.

This is a hard decision but the only right one!

Our organization must meet the contractual obligations to artists, exhibitors and suppliers but due to the disappointing presale this is not possible.

In these times, our organization cannot afford to lose sight and live only on 'hope' and 'idealism'.

We really want to thank the people who already have purchased a ticket and thank them for their trust and we apologize for this whatsoever.

Through this way, we want to thank our volunteer staff for their efforts.

Sold tickets will be refunded as soon as possible by bank transfer or through the ticket store.

Gezien de teleurstellende voorverkoop zijn we genoodzaakt het SHADOWPLAY Festival 2012 volledig te annuleren. Dit is een harde beslissing maar de enige juiste!

Onze organisatie moet zich aan de contractuele verplichtingen houden tegenover artiesten, standhouders en leveranciers, maar door deze teleurstellende voorverkoop is dit niet mogelijk.

In deze tijden kan onze organisatie het zich niet permitteren om enkel te leven op ‘hoop’ en ‘idealisme’.

We willen dan ook alvast de mensen die reeds een ticket hebben aangekocht enorm bedanken voor hun vertrouwen en willen we ons hiervoor dan ook verontschuldigen.

Ook willen we via deze weg onze vrijwillige medewerkers extra bedanken voor de geleverde inspanningen.

Verkochte tickets worden zo snel mogelijk terugbetaald via overschrijving of langs het verkooppunt."
